What is the registration fee?

$2295 USD.

What is included in my registration fee?

Registration includes admission into all general and breakout sessions, Hands-On Training Labs, Q&A with the experts, and the Partner Showcase. It also includes the Maroon 5 concert, and Friday ski pass, as well as all of your conference meals. Note: Skiing is limited to 1000 guests.

Is there an additional charge for Omniture University training?

Yes, Omniture University Training™ courses (schedule below) are available for customers at a rate of $499 (a savings of $250) per session. There is an option to sign up for Omniture University classes when you register for the conference.

Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?

All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.

I'd like to send more than one person from my company. Is there a group discount?

Absolutely. Buy 2, Get the 3rd Complimentary Conference Registration.

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?

Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.

What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Is my reservation transferable?

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your company for a $50 processing fee until February 10th, 2009. Please submit all transfer requests to summit@orchidesolutions.com. For further questions regarding registration, please call the Omniture Registration Hotline at 1-800-873-7265 within the United States, 1-801-483-6579 from outside the United States.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations received by January 20th, 2009 will receive a full refund, less a $200 cancellation fee. After January 20th, 2009, no refunds will be honored. You may, however, still transfer your registration to a colleague from your company for a $50 fee until February 10th, 2009.

What is the closest airport?

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is a 10-minute drive from the Salt Palace Convention Center.

What kind of weather should I anticipate?

Salt Lake City is typically cold in early February, so you should plan accordingly.

How should I dress?

Plan on warm attire. Long pants, heavy coats, hats and gloves are suggested for outside activities. During the conference, business casual attire is appropriate.

What if I have special dietary needs?

Please indicate any special requests in the comment section provided at the end of the registration process. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.

Are discounted rates available at the Grand America and the Little America Hotel?

Yes, discounted rates start at $262 at The Grand America Hotel and $168 at The Little America Hotel.  All reservations made via: 1-800-873-7265 within the US. 1-801-483-6579 from outside the United States.
